Bar Options, Bar Supplies & Liquor Mixer Packages

Professional Bartending Services
BARTENDER ONLY

If there is already a bar at the bartending location, then we will only bring the bartending supplies needed for your event. This would include the following:
• Professional Bar Tool Kit:
Stainless steel cocktail shaker & cocktail mixing tin, stainless steel strainer, free-flow liquor bottle pourers, 4-compartment condiment tray, 6-compartment bar caddy (if needed for napkins & straws), rubber bar mat, bar towels, ice bin, ice scoop, bus tub, speed beer bottle opener and corkscrew wine bottle opener.

The Client would then provide:
• Alcohol (Beer, Liquor, Wine)
• Bags of Ice
• Mixers/Soda (Regular & Diet Soda, Sour Mix, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Ginger Ale, Tonic, Soda, Bottled Water, etc.)
• Disposable Cups or Glassware
• Bar Napkins
• Garnishes: Lemons, Limes, Cherries, Olives & Oranges
• Additional optional garnishes:
Mint, pineapple, cherries, oranges, blueberries, strawberries, rasberries, watermelon, apples, celery, salt (margaritas), simple syrup or sugar, chocolate sryup (chocolate martinis)

- If you would like us to pick up any of the above items under the Client section besides the alcohol, then, just let us know and we can give you the receipt for the specific item(s) for reimbursement.

BAR SUPPLIES & liquor MIXER PackagE OPTIONS (5 hours worth of service-ware):

  1. Limited Disposable Service @ $3.00 per guest… disposable clear cups (9oz. & 12oz.), bar straws and beverage napkins.

  2. Full Disposable Service @ $4.00 per guest… disposable clear cups (9oz. & 12oz.), bar straws, beverage napkins, coke, diet coke, sprite, tonic, club soda, orange juice, lemonade, sour mix, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, ginger ale, limes, lemons, cherries, olives and 8 oz. water bottles to sit out in a beverage tub for guests.

  3. Custom Disposable Service
    This package makes it easy for you to pick and choose what would work best with the drinks you’d like for your event, outside of the mixers provided in the Full Disposable Service. The supplies provided are based on the drinks and discussion with the client. We will work with you on what the best mixers, garnishes, and condiments are for your event.

  • Includes: Nexus LED custom color lighting bar, custom programs, speed settings (pause/play) and dimming controls with wireless remote.
  • Extremely Mobile Bar

Optional: Custom text, logo, graphics and branding on the front panel of the portable bar for your event. Ask us more about the three options available and the cost associated.

Note: A four week notice is needed for a customized front panel (Ex: company logos, wedding text, etc.).

How it works

The client would provide the alcohol while we provide an exceptional bartending experience and a complimentary beverage consultation to help estimate exactly how much alcohol to purchase based upon the guest count.
Our professional bartenders will bring all the bartending tools necessary to operate a bar. We can also provide a hassle-free service package that includes all the extras so you don’t have to worry about missing any essentials (includes mixers, sodas, juices, cups, garnishes, etc.).
For maximum efficiency, we will staff bartenders based upon the industry standard ratio of 1:85, 1 bartender for every 85 guests. Our staff will arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time to set up and will remain 30 minutes after the event to clean up the bar area. Events will not have a required minimum amount of hours.
